Before you commit to purchasing an e-Signature product you should check;
Is the e-Signature software; Proprietry to the ePad ?, can you extract the signature data to use in other applications ?, is the e-Signature software scaleable and migratable ?, can you extract signature data, from signed documents at a later date to populate biometric templates ? can you extract forensic data from signed documents at a later date for legal purposes ? can you use signature data as workflow triggers ?, can core software components be used on all platforms ?, can native viewers be used instead of the proprietry viewer to view and interrogate the signed documents ?, can you sign the same document with multiple signature types, Voice, Fingerprint, Click Through Digital, X509, Chinese eSeal, Dynamic Signature, Pin Pasword, Corporate eSeal, Verified Biometric Live Signature ?
If the answer is NO to 6 or more of the above questions then you are investing in e-Signature technology that will cost you more in the long run, and will be very limited within your business units and your customers business units.
Our technology has NONE of the above restrictions or limitations, and you wont have to save all signed documents in different repositories, for each eSignature application you choose, and when you change signature pad brands, you wont have to keep and maintain different eSignature products so you can view and interrogate your data at a later date, and you will be able to use our advanced biometric technology on any document signed with multiple approved signature pad brands.
Whether you want to e-Signature enable your existing MsWord templates and documents, Engineering Drawings, Excel Spreadsheets, Email, Lotus Notes Forms, Oracle Forms, Teleform, Sign XHTML, XML forms on the internet, Powerpoints, Visio Drawings, Project, Store Images in Data Bases, Verify Static Signatures, we have a solution for you, including Chinese eSeal, Certificate, and Handrwitten Biometric Signature. Either ready make or we can build one for you.

SignOff is a new product that allows you to sign any type of document that allows "Insert" "Copy and or Paste".
SignOff is not reliant on any particular application and is "Neutral".
You can use it to place an electronic seal on a document, a handrwitten Signature, or process watermark, and include a x509 certificate.
SignOff is unique because while it is a graphic image it also captures forensic data and capture data at time of signing. Some of this data can be viewed such as name, reason, date etc, and other data can be extracted at a later time in case of dispute.
All data stays inside the image.
The image can also be stored inside a database, and in addition the image data can be examined against previous scanned digital images using our Static Verifyer, and or the Biometric data can be extracted and examines using our Signature One technology.

The SignPro SDK can be used to custom eSignature enable your forms and applications, also develop plug ins.

The SignPro Excel plug in allows handwritten signatures and eSeals, to be captured and securely bound to the current worksheet, a specified set of worksheets or the entire workbook. A captured signature and or eSeal is rendered on the current worksheet, thus providing both a visual record of the act of signing and a means to subsequently interrogate the document in order to detect malicious or accidental tampering following its acceptance by the signatory.
This Plug in is available in English and Chinese

The SignPro MsWord plug in allows handwritten signatures and eSeals, to be captured and securely bound to the current word document. A captured signature is rendered on the current document, thus providing both a visual record of the act of signing and a means to subsequently interrogate the document in order to detect malicious or accidental tampering following its acceptance by the signatory.
This Plug in is available in English and Chinese
Both Excel and MsWord are available as "White Label" versions and are ideal for promotional bundling.

SignPro LQ Framework has been designed to eliminate the need for eSignature plug in's and it allows XHTML documents to be signed inside Microsoft Internet Explorer V6+ including Firefox.
The most important feature of this product is that it uses XHTML Version 1.1 as the document standard (W3C).
LQ has been designed to provide maximum flexability and ease of use in the way documents are created. It provides complete independance from the archetecture and technology used by the systems used to gather the document data.
By supplying input data in the form of XML configuration file and generating a final document using an XML template LQ is a very powerfull eSignature application. One prime advantage of XML is that it consists of simple text files that can readily be created and modified using basic text editors, and many different sections with a document can be constructed and managed including different eSignature requirements per section.
LQ is the ideal solution for complex electronic compound document creation and management including eSignature and business rules, which can include graphics as well as text, and deliver processes to a LCD Sihning device sush as PinPAd, instructions etc.
LQ can integrate with CIC Signature One. LQ has eKey, PKI, eSeal, Dynamic Signature Recognition, and Biometric capability.
LQ provides a mechanism to;
Convert signed XHTML documents to PDF. Convert signed XHTML documents to TIFF.
Convert PDF to XHTML. Convert Text Reports to XHTML and or Adobe.
LQ is currently available in either Java, .NET Versions or Linux.

The SignPro LQ-Wizard forms part of the LQ-Framework toolkit. It is a software component that can be used to get the maximum benefit from ‘inking’ signature pads, i.e. those that have a built in LCD display, such as the Wacom STU-500 and the Interlink ePad-Ink.
Conventionally such devices are used to collect handwritten signatures. The LQ-Wizard handles signature capture but in addition allows information to be presented on the screen, and provides buttons, tick-boxes and check-boxes which can be operated by the user.
These are typically presented as a series of ‘pages’ which guide the customer through a document signing process, with the document being signed being displayed in the browser. When a signature is captured or the user selects options using check-boxes, these are then added to the document being signed.
The LQ-Wizard can also control the display of the document in the browser, turning pages and zooming in on particular paragraphs if necessary.
