The Sign it family of products allow users to electronically sign many different types of documents using a variety of signing methods. Once signed the document is bound cryptographically to the signature so that tampering can be detected. By providing a common interface to multiple signature methods and multiple capture devices. Sign it products provide an enterprise-class eSignature solution enabling a point to point digital process.

Sign it is available as an SDK (XF) so you can build your own integrated application.

As an automated "plug in" built for those customers who simply want to Digital INK enable MsWord, Adobe Acrobat or AutoCAD, in a cost effective manner with a low implementation resource requirement, and who do not have special integration and or customisation needs.

Signature One Profile Server provides server based enterprise administration and authentication of enrolled signors both "Dynamically" at time of signing and or by PIN access to the biometric template, either Online or "uploaded" to a PC, Laptop, Smart card, eKey. It also includes transaction logs of signed documents.

Signature One archetecture implements a common process and methodology that provides a uniform program interface for multiple signature methods and multiple capture devices, simplifying enterprise wide integration of business process automation tasks requiring eSignatures.

iSign Suite

iSign is a versatile and powerful software developers kit for implementing applications using electronic signatures, biometric signatures and basic cryptography. This toolkit enables software developers to create legally compliant electronic signatures and biometric authentication systems for a wide variety of vertical applications as well as document and transaction based applications.

iSign provides Digital INK capture and display, signature verification, encryption and ink compression as well as other features that can add competive and performance value to a wide variety of vertical applications as well as document and transaction based applications.

SignOff is a new product that allows you to sign any type of document that allows "Insert" "Copy and or Paste".

SignOff is not reliant on any particular application and is "Neutral".

You can use it to place an electronic seal on a document, a handrwitten Signature, or process watermark, and include a x509 certificate.

SignOff is unique because while it is a graphic image it also captures forensic data and capture data at time of signing. Some of this data can be viewed such as name, reason, date etc, and other data can be extracted at a later time in case of dispute.

All data stays inside the image.

The image can also be stored inside a database, and in addition the image data can be examined against previous scanned digital images using our Static Verifyer, and or the Biometric data can be extracted and examines using our Signature One technology.

The SignPro SDK can be used to custom eSignature enable your forms and applications, also develop plug ins.

The SignPro Excel plug in allows handwritten signatures and eSeals, to be captured and securely bound to the current worksheet, a specified set of worksheets or the entire workbook. A captured signature and or eSeal is rendered on the current worksheet, thus providing both a visual record of the act of signing and a means to subsequently interrogate the document in order to detect malicious or accidental tampering following its acceptance by the signatory.

SignPro LQ Framework has been designed to eliminate the need for eSignature plug in's and it allows XHTML documents to be signed inside Microsoft Internet Explorer V6+ including Firefox.

The most important feature of this product is that it uses XHTML Version 1.1 as the document standard (W3C).

LQ has been designed to provide maximum flexability and ease of use in the way documents are created. It provides complete independance from the archetecture and technology used by the systems used to gather the document data.

By supplying input data in the form of XML configuration file and generating a final document using an XML template LQ is a very powerfull eSignature application. One prime advantage of XML is that it consists of simple text files that can readily be created and modified using basic text editors, and many different sections with a document can be constructed and managed including different eSignature requirements per section.

LQ is the ideal solution for complex electronic compound document creation and management including eSignature and business rules, which can include graphics as well as text, and deliver processes to a LCD Sihning device sush as PinPAd, instructions etc.

LQ can integrate with CIC Signature One.
LQ has eKey, PKI, eSeal, Dynamic Signature Recognition, and Biometric capability.

The SignPro LQ-Wizard forms part of the LQ-Framework toolkit. It is a software component that can be used to get the maximum benefit from ‘inking’ signature pads, i.e. those that have a built in LCD display, such as the Wacom STU-500 and the Interlink ePad-Ink.

  

Conventionally such devices are used to collect handwritten signatures. The LQ-Wizard handles signature capture but in addition allows information to be presented on the screen, and provides buttons, tick-boxes and check-boxes which can be operated by the user.

 

These are typically presented as a series of ‘pages’ which guide the customer through a document signing process, with the document being signed being displayed in the browser. When a signature is captured or the user selects options using check-boxes, these are then added to the document being signed.

 

The LQ-Wizard can also control the display of the document in the browser, turning pages and zooming in on particular paragraphs if necessary.

The SIgnPro Static Signature Verifyer can compare 2 scanned paper signatures and validate whether it is the same person or not.

Can be used with; Ballot Papers, Cheques, Documents, Benefit Claim Forms, Finance Application forms etc. Anywhere that a signature on paper has been scanned.
