The Sign it family of products allow users to electronically sign many different types of documents using a variety of signing methods. Once signed the document is bound cryptographically to the signature so that tampering can be detected. By providing a common interface to multiple signature methods and multiple capture devices. Sign it products provide an enterprise-class eSignature solution enabling a point to point digital process.

Sign it is available as an SDK (FX) so you can build your own integrated application.

As an automated "plug in" built for those customers who simply want to Digital INK enable MsWord, Adobe Acrobat or AutoCAD, in a cost effective manner with a low implementation resource requirement, and who do not have special integration and or customisation needs.

The Sign-it series of products will allow you to sign using our Digital INK options and secure the contents of MsWord, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe LiveCycle or AutoCAD documents to show change since signing. Signature One Profile Server provides server based enterprise administration and authentication of enrolled signors both "Dynamically" at time of signing and or by PIN access to the biometric template, either Online or "uploaded" to a PC, Laptop, Smart card, eKey. It also includes transaction logs of signed documents.

Signature One archetecture implements a common process and methodology that provides a uniform program interface for multiple signature methods and multiple capture devices, simplifying enterprise wide integration of business process automation tasks requiring eSignatures.

In conjunction with eCom's LQ and the Sign it family, Signature One will provide the highest level of flexability, security and non-repudiation of electronic documents and transactions over multiple enterprise-wide business process automation applications and is transparent to the specific signature technology employed by Signature One.

iSign Suite

iSign is a versatile and powerful software developers kit for implementing applications using electronic signatures, biometric signatures and basic cryptography. LQ Framework

LQ Framework has been designed to eliminate the need for eSignature plug in's and it allows XHTML documents to be signed inside Microsoft Internet Explorer V6+.

The most important feature of this product is that it uses XHTML Version 1.1 as the document standard (W3C).

LQ has been designed to provide maximum flexability and ease of use in the way documents are created. It provides complete independance from the archetecture and technology used by the systems used to gather the document data.

By supplying input data in the form of XML configuration file and generating a final document using an XML template LQ is a very powerfull eSignature application. One prime advantage of XML is that it consists of simple text files that can readily be created and modified using basic text editors, and many different sections with a document can be constructed and managed including different eSignature requirements per section.

LQ is the ideal solution for complex electronic compound document creation and management including eSignature and business rules, which can include graphics as well as text.

LQ can integrate with CIC Signature One.
LQ has eKey, PKI, eSeal, Dynamic Signature Recognition, and Biometric capability.

LQ provides a mechanism to;

Excel Plug In

The Excel automated plug in allows handwritten signatures and eSeals, to be captured and securely bound to the current worksheet, a specified set of worksheets or the entire workbook. A captured signature and or eSeal is rendered on the current worksheet, thus providing both a visual record of the act of signing and a means to subsequently interrogate the document in order to detect malicious or accidental tampering following its acceptance by the signatory.
