eCom only supports eSignature Products that are sold by eCom, or application development that has been completed by our programmers, where a support contract has been signed.

Where a customer has purchased product from an authorised eCom reseller and the Reseller is authorised to provide support then the Reseller should be the first call for support.

eCom only supports applications sold by a fully authorised reseller.

Where a customer has installed fully licensed product, eCom will support all installations of its technology. If the customer has installed un licensed product, then eCom will not support installation of our software, and will not warrant that our software will function.

Where a customer has elected to purchase direct support from eCom they will be provided with a unique ID and have access to the Signature Central Support Centre.

Supported Signing Device Drivers.

eCom only supports the following Signing Devices and Drivers. Any Device or Driver not on this list will require custom development at the users expense.

      Interlink ePadUSB-Software driver v1.03 (note this driver requires a min Firmware revision)
      Interlink ePadINK
      Interlink ePad II
      Motiontouch LCD Signature+
      Fujitsu-Siemens Lifebook T-Series-with software driver 0001
      Fujitsu Lifebook B-Series
      HP4200 Tablet PC-with software driver 0121.
      Hanwang

* Any digital signing device that provides software drivers complying with the Wintab 1.1 specification (for example Wacom).

* Any Tablet PC who provides software drivers that use and comply with the HID specification for digitisers.

Minimum Requirements for non ePad devices used as signing device

Touch screen. 254 points per inch or more (10 points per millimeter). 100 points per second sample rate recommended.

While certain Palm Devices can be used as Signing Devices eCom does not recommend or support use of Palm devices that do not meet the above criteria.

Adobe 7.0

Sign it Adobe 6.1 is now released for use with Adobe 7.0, Reader, Document Server, PRO and STD, and IE6.0 Plug in.

Note: You must use Adobe Document Server if you wish to sign documents with Adobe 6.0 Reader.

Note: If you wish to use the Reader, Document Server or STD you will need to create an Adobe form and pre build the Signature Fields.

Only Adobe PRO will allow you to create Adobe documents from the print command and create signatures as required.

Note: Adobe 5.0 and 5.5 are NOT supported any more.

Adobe 8.0

Sign it For Adobe 8.0 is now released. however are not Vista ready as yet.

MsOffice 2003

Sign it MsWord 2003 is now released. however are not Vista ready as yet.

Sign it MsWord for Office 2007 has been delayed.

Note: Office 98 and Office 2000 are not supported anymore.

AutoCAD

Sign it for 2005/2006 AutoCAD is now released.

Note: Sign it AutoCAD 2006/2007 support will be released prior to Xmas 2007.

Note: Support for AutoCAD 2004 will be included in the February 2007 release, however it WILL NOT support Chinese eSeal. Only Autocad 2005+ can support Chinese eSeal.

LQ

.NET, Windows and Linnux are now released, however are not Vista ready as yet.

Static Signature Control

The Static Signature Control SDK is now released.

New Sign it FX SDK

The new FX SDK is now released with a major upgrade version due for release March 2007.

Supported OS

Plug Ins

Win 98, CE and windows ME are not supported, Vista is not supported at this time and we do not have a release date scheduled as yet.

SDK's

Win 98 is not supported, Vista is not supported at this time and there is not a release date scheduled.


Software Upgrade Maintenance

All CIC product does not include software upgrade maintenance, this is an additional cost.

Software upgrade maintenance is "pre paid" at time of purchase only, and renewable annually.

Software upgrade maintenance while "current" will entitle you to minor version upgrades free, but not major version upgrades.

Product support is not included within the purchase price.

Support can be paid Ad Hoc, or pre paid blocks for support incident registrations can be purchased.
